Holistic Yoga and Meditation March-April
This term we continue to work with gentle sequences and some cleansing breathing practices in a bid to strengthen our lungs and to build stamina in our bodies.
Postures are taught at different levels depending on your experience and your bodies ability at this time.
These online Yoga class run in 4 week blocks and run every Wednesday evening at 8pm.
You will need a quiet space, a Yoga mat, and a blanket and pillow.
For Zoom, you will need your phone or a laptop, propped up at a height where you can comfortable see me instruct.
I’ll send on the Zoom meeting details before the class.
Trea teaches in the Satyananda Yoga tradition which combines breathing practices, postures, guided with focused awareness and Yoga Nidra relaxation.
This style of Yoga can help to strengthen the immune system, reducing stress/anxiety, improving strength and flexibility and promoting better sleep.
€32 for a 4 week block.
