As a Yoga teacher 🧘🏼 you are always learning. It's a lifelong process and one that is very rewarding.I've enjoyed this Yin journey with Miriam with a lovely focus on Traditional Chinese Medicine and the effect the postures have on the organs and the energy associated with them. It's nice to practice with the seasons and to tune in to the rhythm of the heartbeat of the earth at that time.We mark these times, these spokes on the Celtic Wheel, at Pure Space at the Loop Head Labyrinth.Next up is the Spring Equinox #yogaw#yinyoga#Yina#holistic #retreatl#seasonse#equinoxe#balanceqBeWell Yoga Community 📍Ireland@Pure Space 🌿 Canvas & Cabins in Nature 🏕rOutsider.ienGlamping in IrelandaManchán Magan - Irish folklored @manchanmagan @sustainResponsible Travelponsible_travel @lGreenseascape Tour Guiding @greenseascapeIreland@tourismireland ...
