Holistic Yoga and Meditation October 2021
This term we continue to work with gentle sequences and some balancing breathing practices to bring some clarity to the mind. With the longer class, we can have a nice long Yoga Nidra for these winter months.
Postures are taught at different levels depending on your experience and your bodies ability at this time.
These online Yoga class run in 4 week blocks and run every Wednesday evening at 8pm for 90 minutes.
You will need a quiet space, a Yoga mat, and a blanket and pillow.
For Zoom, you will need your phone or a laptop, propped up at a height where you can comfortable see me instruct.
I’ll send on the Zoom meeting details before the class. You will be sharing the room with in-room Yogis so I won’t be recording the classes.
Trea teaches in the Satyananda Yoga tradition which combines breathing practices, postures, guided with focused awareness and Yoga Nidra relaxation.
This style of Yoga can help to strengthen the immune system, reducing stress/anxiety, improving strength and flexibility and promoting better sleep.
€40 for a 4 week block.
