Join us for a day of Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi and Qigong in the tranquil settings of Purecamping eco-retreat.
The day begins with Tai Chi followed by Restorative Yoga. After a delicious vegan lunch, you can walk the on-site Loop Head Labyrinth, or explore the woodland, or simply sit in silence in the beautifully restored Yoga space.
A gentle session of Qigong to energise the body is followed by the deeply relaxing practice of Yoga Nidra and the practice of Inner Silence meditation to attempt to bring peace and clarity to the mind.
Return home with a sense of peace and space in your body and mind.

After the success of our Autumn Wellness weekend last year, we are offering a similar retreat in the Spring time, giving you the opportunity to see the peninsula as it awakens after the winter months. Like nature, it is a time to wake up, energise and launch ourselves into life.
This is a weekend of Yoga, Qigong, Meditation and Relaxation with experienced teachers, Trea Heapes of Purecamping and Kevin Copeland, Tai Chai teacher and instructor. Both teachers have between 10 and 15 years of teaching each. These classes take place at the Purecamping outdoor nature retreat space, set looking over a fairy tale woodland with the Shannon and the Atlantic to the South and West.
During the weekend, you can soak in a seaweed bath in the luxurious setting of Kilkee Thalassotherapy centre and relax even deeper with a Head, Neck and Upper back massage.
Settle yourself with an aperitif and enjoy Hilary’s demonstration and talk on feeding yourself to good health. With all that sea air and body work, you will be ready for your delicious and healthy meal on Saturday evening.
Sundays exploration of the shore along Ross Beach with Artist and naturalist Carmel T. Madigan is followed by a hearty lunch before you head back home, hopefully inspired to care for yourself and have fun while you are doing it.
