FAQ

QDo you need previous experience of Yoga or Meditation before?
AAbsolutely not. Classes are adapted to the levels of all students needs.

QDo you need to be fit?
ANot particularly. You might be recuperating from an illness and might need to use this weekend to get a deep and restorative rest. You can choose to lie in Shavasana if things get too much for you and that is absolutely acceptable and recommended.

QWould it be suitable for families?
AThis particular weekend is not really suitable for children as there is no specific program on for them and we would like to give the practice space over to adults on this weekend.

QWill there be other children on site (at Purecamping)
AThere may be other children on site staying with families that are on holidays here. It will be fairly minimal though as the school holidays are over and children are back into their school routine.

More on 'Five animals' Qigong

Dating back to the 3rd century AD, Five Animals Qigong is one of the most popular forms of health preserving exercises practiced and is especially good for the respiratory system.

More recently this set has been further refined by the Chinese World Health Qigong Federation to suit the needs of modern day living.

Each of the Five Animals encompasses the whole body to stimulate acupoints, tone muscles, massage internal organs, improve balance, aid the immune system and facilitate smoother blood flow.
